Portrait of Nancy Chiasson

Nancy Chiasson is an artist who works with ceramics and
paper collages. Her work is inspired by natural landscapes -
sandy beaches, rustic gardens, and wild textures. She is
currently working with shipwrecked pottery shards.
Chiasson is a member of both the Cape Breton Centre for
Craft and Design and the Canadian Artists’ Representation
organization. She has also previously represented Cape
Breton on the board of Visual Arts Nova Scotia. Chiasson’s
work is included in many private collections both nationally
and internationally.
