Emma LeLoup is a founding member of the New Waterford
Arts Council and the Cape Breton Artist Association. She
studied painting with Irene Fraser and Thorn Morrow, and
also took workshops with other local artists including Jan
Gyorfi-West and Richard Chaisson.
